Key Responsibilities Explained Simply
As Director of Administration and Finance, you will be responsible for managing both money and administrative systems of the institution.
Financial Management Duties
- Plan and manage the organization’s annual budget
- Track cash flow to ensure the company remains financially stable
- Make sure all accounting records are accurate and up to date
- Control expenses and reduce unnecessary costs
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Submit reports to regulators, donors, and the Board
- Oversee loan portfolio accounting to avoid errors
