Main Responsibilities
As a Junior Administrator, you will assist in both office and field-based activities. Your work will support projects that empower communities and cooperatives.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting the planning and monitoring of social and income-generating projects
- Assisting with writing project proposals and reports
- Helping prepare financial and narrative project reports
- Participating in capacity-building plans for rural cooperatives
- Supporting strategic planning for the social department
- Conducting regular field visits to project sites
- Assisting with annual planning, evaluations, and reporting
- Supporting partnerships with local and international organisations
- Helping coordinate exchange visits between Rwanda and Germany

Required Qualifications and Skills

You should have:
