- Kabuga Branch Manager
- Gicumbi Branch Manager
- Kigali Branch Manager

What Does a Branch Manager Do?
A Branch Manager oversees daily operations, staff performance, customer service, savings, and loan activities at a branch level. The goal is to ensure the branch operates efficiently while following company policies and national regulations.
Key Responsibilities of a Branch Manager
Branch Operations and Reporting
- Plan and monitor branch activities
- Communicate with the head office and other departments
- Prepare operational and performance reports
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed
Example: Submitting monthly reports on branch performance and loan quality.
Savings and Deposit Management
- Supervise all deposit and withdrawal transactions
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling
- Promote a savings culture among customers
