 Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial health of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) under simplified insolvency procedures
  • Review assets, liabilities, cash flows, and business viability
  • Verify creditor claims and supporting financial documentation
  • Assist in restructuring proposals or liquidation decisions
  • Prepare insolvency accounts, financial statements, and distribution schedules
  • Identify financial irregularities and potential misconduct
  • Clearly explain financial findings to stakeholders

 Required Competencies

  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of restructuring and liquidation accounting
  • High ethical standards and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
  • CPA/ACCA certification or progress toward it is an added advantage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business) with 4 years’ experience, OR
  • Master’s Degree in relevant field with 2 years’ experience

2. ESIA Specialist (3 Positions)

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate environmental certification for investors
  • Review Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports
  • Conduct project site inspections
  • Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations
  • Liaise with REMA, MININFRA, NAFA, KCC, and other institutions
  • Prepare analytical reports and investor guidance

3. Insolvency Legacy Analyst & Team Lead (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise insolvency legal and financial teams
  • Coordinate case intake, screening, and registration
  • Review legal and financial assessments before submission
  • Act as liaison with courts, appeal committees, and Registrar General
  • Ensure compliance with Rwanda’s insolvency laws

 Required Competencies

  • Strong leadership and case-management skills
  • Deep knowledge of commercial and insolvency law
  • Ability to supervise multidisciplinary teams
  • Bar Association certification is an added advantage

Qualifications

 5. Logistics & Stock Management Specialist

 Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics operations across RDB
  • Manage inventory and material resources
  • Support logistics planning, forecasting, and procurement
  • Act as liaison for institutional logistics matters
